In his pursuit for knowledge, Scott wants to bring along his listeners so they too, can find their niche in real estate. There is far more opportunities out there for just one person, or company. Let’s share with each other so we can truly create something great!

Meet Your Hosts

As a licensed real estate agent Missouri & Kansas, Scott has completed over 500 transactions since 2016.

Investing has always been a part of his journey. Purchasing 20+ properties in a single deal or finding high value properties in niche markets. He also stays involved being on the Board of KC Can!, a 501(c)(3), as well as many other ventures.

Ryan is an Air Force veteran and a father of 3. He retired from serving to be home with his kids and wife.

He has been involved with real estate throughout his time serving and is excited to grow the business. He still reminisces over his time in the Air Force by taking out the drone for those hard to get shots!
